The Green Belt

It's also known as the Nature Trail.

A 1-kilometer-long section of the former Petite Ceinture between the old Porte d’Auteuil train station and the Ranelagh Gardens has become a popular walking spot for local residents. Amid this wild vegetation, an insect hotel and a hedgehog shelter have been installed…
How do I get there? From the southern end of the trail at the bottom of the stairs at 75 Boulevard de Montmorency, or via the north entrance across from 61 Avenue Beauséjour.

La Ceinture Verte

The Montmorency Boulevard It begins at 93 Rue de l’Assomption and ends at 76 Rue d’Auteuil.

This boulevard was created in 1853 with the construction of the Auteuil Railroad, which was intended to extend the Ceinture Railroad through the municipalities of Neuilly and Passy to No. 67, the mansion where the brothers took up residence in 1868. Jules and Edmond Goncourt.

As with Avenue de Montmorency, its name comes from the entrance to the park named after Madeleine Angélique de Neufville de Villeroy, known as the Maréchale de Luxembourg-Montmorency (1707–1787), formerly the Duchess of Boufflers. Today, the Villa Montmorency—a private and sought-after complex of sumptuous villas—stands on her former estate.
