Our commitments
One team, two offices to help you bring your real estate projects to life and foster the sense of community that brings the neighborhood to life.

The CENTURY 21 Auteuil Immobilier and Auteuil Seine agencies have been led by Richard Mellul for the past 11 years, with a team of real estate agents who have been with the company for many years and most of whom live in the 16th arrondissement.
Toy Drive:
in partnership with the 16th Arrondissement City Hall and the Red Cross
Every year, our CENTURY 21 Auteuil and Auteuil Seine offices are committed to participating in the"Toy Drive," organized by the CENTURY 21 Network from November 1 through 30, in partnership with the 16th Arrondissement City Hall, the C.A.S. (Center forAction Sociale), which is responsible for identifying families in need, and the Red Cross, to bring the joy of Christmas to children from low-income families in the 16th arrondissement.
This initiative is a great success every year thanks to the close ties we’ve built with families over the years and the generous donations from residents of the 16th arrondissement.
This is a great opportunity for families—who are thrilled to take part in this drive—to sort through their closets and give toys that are no longer used a second life.
Since 2013, this wonderful initiative has collected and distributed more than 5.6 million toys!

Our Partners
Association of Auteuil shopkeepers
Life in our neighborhoods is particularly important to both our clients and our agency. We’ve noticed that both our homebuyers and our tenants are increasingly concerned about the atmosphere of the neighborhood where they’ll be settling in: its shops, cultural activities, safety, and so on…
Our CENTURY 21 Auteuil Immobilier agency is a member of the Auteuil Merchants’ Association, and we actively participate in and support its events, particularly the Christmas lights that brighten up our streets.

Introduce people to neighborhood life
Introducing our customers to the 16th arrondissement and its local businesses is another way of carrying out our work: highlighting the people who bring our streets to life and helping everyone feel more connected to their neighborhood.
Local Stores in Photos
On its Instagram account, the Auteuil Seine real estate agency showcases local businesses in the neighborhood through photos. It’s a simple way to share information among neighbors and raise the profile of those who run shops just a few meters from our offices.

Our Initiatives for our customers
Rack-and-pinion systems
At our CENTURY 21 Auteuil Immobilier and Auteuil Seine offices, our team is committed to supporting our clients every step of the way throughout their real estate journey.
This commitment doesn't end with the signing of the sales contract. After the sale, after the renovations… it's time for the housewarming party!
Once the work is complete and the boxes have been unpacked, we look forward to reuniting with our clients to celebrate their move with a glass of champagne and share in the success of their project.
These housewarming parties are also an opportunity to get to know new neighbors, to thank those who were patient during the construction, and to forge the first bonds that contribute to a harmonious community life in a condominium.
A wonderful way to continue the real estate journey and celebrate a lifelong dream that has come true.

Neighborhood Parties
We help our clients—especially our first-time homebuyers—settle into the neighborhood more easily. A neighborhood party or a housewarming—these are all opportunities to meet the people they’ll be living alongside, feel at home more quickly, and explore the neighborhood together.

Architectural Tour in the 16th arrondissement
Des Mots & Des Arts, a guided architectural tour of your neighborhood in the 16th arrondissement.

The 16th arrondissement, whose architecture exemplifies Art Nouveau and modern art, is steeped in history.
What could be better than a guided tour led by an art history expert to show you around and help you discover your neighborhood in a whole new light?
Des Mots & Des Mots & Des Arts organizes guided tours, art history classes, and cultural events throughout the year to help you rediscover Paris, its heritage, and the masterpieces in its museums and art galleries.
On the agenda for the 16th arrondissement is an architectural walking tour that our team took part in, guided by Amélie, who is passionate about art history.
The tour begins at Castel Béranger, located at 12 Rue Jean de la Fontaine, an iconic example of Art Nouveau architecture designed by the famous architect Hector Guimard, a native of Lyon. Every detail of the façade—from the choice of stone to the shape of the roof, doors, and windows—is explained to you from a historical perspective.
The tour continues at 60 Rue Jean de la Fontaine to the MEZZARA Mansion, built in 1910 for Paul MEZZARA, a textile industrialist and lace designer, and one of Hector Guimard’s crowning achievements.
The Guimard Circle Association “proposes that theFrench government to establish a cultural center in the hotel, with the aim of turning it into a living testament dedicated to the work of the architect of the Paris Metro” and to transform it into a museum.

Continue the walk along Ribera Street, passing by the Jasmin Metro station, to reach the dead end at Jasmin Square.
The tour concludes on Rue Mallet-Stevens, a street steeped in history that marks the transition from Art Nouveau to Modern Art, designed by the architect of the same name. This legendary street is home to five mansions. Robert Mallet-Stevens, an architect and interior designer, was an iconic figure of the interwar period. Gaumont archive footage shows its inauguration in 1927.
Also worth exploring is the Le Corbusier Foundation. For more information, please visit the Mots & Arts website.
Philippe Matine Exhibition
Philippe Matine, a former advertising graphic designer, creates “Single Frame” works. Starting with a photograph and drawing inspiration from the “ligne claire” style used notably by Hergé in comic books, he constructs a graphic image and inserts a speech bubble that invites the viewer to create their own story. From his hometown, Paris, Philippe Matine has created surprising works—the building blocks of stories that viewers can then continue as they please. Several of his works feature locations in the 16th arrondissement—some well-known, others less so—including Rue Mallet-Stevens. That’s how the agency discovered him; captivated by his work, they wanted to share this unique artist with their clients. They invited them to an exhibition at their offices on Avenue Mozart, attended by the artist himself. It was an opportunity to explore the world of this man, who is passionate about comics and travel, to talk with the artist about his work, and to create lasting memories of a unique experience.
