The train station is located in Paris's 16th arrondissement, at the intersection of the Chaussée de La Muette and Boulevard de Beauséjour.

It is built as a bridge over the tracks of the Petite Ceinture, which runs in an open cut to the west and through a tunnel to the east. The passenger terminal is a single-story building at street level on the square. The station has two platforms.

The train station at Passy-la-Muette opened to passengers on May 2, 1854, as part of the Auteuil line, connecting Saint-Lazare Station to the station atAuteuil-Boulogne.

La Rotonde

The famous family-owned brewery La Rotonde, a long-standing institution in the La Muette neighborhood of Paris's 16th arrondissement, has experienced a renaissance.

This renovation was entrusted to the New York-based firm Roman & Williams, a National Design Award winner renowned for its iconic designs for hotels, restaurants, and residential properties, including The Standard High Line, the Ace hotels, and Le Coucou.

The setting of La Rotonde La Muette pays tribute to the timeless elegance of Parisian brasseries, those icons of French cuisine that are open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

La Muette

Boulainvilliers

This street is named after Anne Gabriel Henri Bernard, Marquis de Boulainvilliers (1724–1798), provost of Paris, who would be the last lord of Passy.

The estate of Boulainvilliers was sold in 1825 to a company that demolished the castle and created a new neighborhood by subdividing the land.

This street marked the border between the municipalities ofAuteuil and Passy.

Closer to home, René Goscinny lived on this street for 10 years, from 1967 to 1977, the year of his death.
