Our fees are posted in accordance with current regulations. Fees include 20% VAT.
Fees for transaction (sale)

Flat-Rate Minimum
The real estate commission is paid by the seller, except in the case of sales related to an estate, in which case it is paid by the buyer.
Fees for rental (tenant)
Tenant’s primary residence. Art. 5 of the Law of July 6, 1989, as amended by Decree No. 2014-890 of August 1, 2014. Paris is designated a “high-demand area.”

Rental fees for residential and furnished units subject to the law of July 6, 1989, are shared between the tenant and the landlord. The amount, including tax, charged to the tenant may not exceed the amount charged to the landlord and must be less than or equal to the caps set by Decree 2014-890.

Fees for management (rental)
Management fees: a flat fee of €15 (including tax) per month, plus a percentage calculated on the amounts received (20.0% VAT).
