The personal information collected from users includes: name(s), email address, phone number, address, ZIP code, number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms, property type, and purchase/sale.
This Personal Data is then retained for as long as necessary to fulfill users’ requests. If the request is not fulfilled, the data is deleted within the timeframes recommended by the CNIL, namely three years from the date of collection by the Site or from the user’s last contact, subject to legal requirements and obligations regardingarchiving, obligations to retain certain data, and/or anonymization.
3.1.2 Navigation Information
When using the Site or certain services related to the Site, certain data is collected automatically, such as: IP address, browser type, browsing data (date, time, content viewed, search terms used, etc.), and operating system information.
