How much do real estate agent fees cost?

Agency fees are generally broken down as follows: property viewing fees (maximum of €2 including tax per square meter), application processing fees (maximum of €10 including tax per square meter), and move-in inspection fees (maximum of €3 including tax per square meter). These amounts may vary depending on the geographic area.
